About Cape Air
Shoreline Aviation took flight in April of 1980 from a small airstrip on the Connecticut shoreline. We offered our first seaplane charter in 1981. In over 35 years in business we have operated everything from Piper Cubs to Gulfstream business jets, but our first love, and major focus continues to be seaplanes. We have been fortunate to be able to operate seaplanes and other aircraft in many corners of the world including Africa, Europe, South America, Central America, and the islands of The Bahamas and the Caribbean. Whether flying from the Amazon, the Zambezi, or New York’s East River, every flight is an adventure.
Cape Air operate a fleet of ten amphibious Cessna Caravans. In addition to charter, we provide management services for companies and individuals who want the convenience of seaplane ownership without all of the operational challenges. Our flight crews and maintenance technicians are highly trained professionals with years of experience.
We are proud to count among our clients several companies and individuals who have flown with us since our beginnings in 1980. We cherish each of these relationships and strive to provide them and all our customers with the best service possible for many years to come.
