Seaplane Captains – A highly qualified candidate would have Cessna Caravan Amphibian experience with a Commercial, Instrument, SES and SEL ratings.
First Officers – A qualified candidate would have a Commercial, Instrument, SES, and SEL rating.
Pilot / Line Captain with Training and Check Airman Responsibilities – Pilot-in-Command of Cessna 208 Caravan Amphibian aircraft conducting passenger operations, instructing other pilots, and conducting line checks (pilot evaluations). Requirements: Flight Safety or equivalent simulator training. 2 years minimum experience as commercial seaplane pilot including 1 year of airline pilot experience. Must have a minimum of 2500 hours total flight time with at least 1000 seaplane time and 500 hours minimum time as pilot-in-command of an amphibian aircraft. Must have one year prior company flight instructor and Check Airman experience.
Aircraft Maintenance Technicians – A highly qualified candidate would have 2 or more years of experience working on Cessna 208 Amphibians or other turbine aircraft. Motivated entry level AMTs should also apply. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Shoreline Aviation is looking to add one or two positions in this area depending on the quality of the candidates.
Flight Dispatcher – Duties would include making all transportation arrangements for in house clients as well as charter customers. Organizational skills are essential for quoting and planning all aspects of a trip, responding to phone or email enquiries, and scheduling aircraft and crew members for flights. Trip following and communication skills are an integral part of this position. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have good writing, speaking, and grammar skills to deal with a sophisticated clientele.
